Trade Account and Credit Application
Paneltronics requires completion and submission of a Trade Account and Credit Application prior to shipment of a first order.
Standard terms are credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover) or Cash-in-Advance (CIA). All credit card payments by Trade Accounts will require an additional 3.50% convenience fee.
All payments are due in U.S. dollars.
Upon receipt, review, and processing of a completed Trade Account and Credit Application, Net 15-Day or Net 30-Day terms may be extended at Paneltronics discretion for trade accounts with six months of regular buying history and a superior credit background.
The entire application process will depend upon your credit standing and when your references reply. You are welcome to inquire about the status of your application at any time by calling 800-367-2635 or emailing sales@paneltronics.com.
Customers that do not make purchases for a 12 consecutive month period will have their extended credits terms cancelled. Submission of a new Credit Application will be required to reestablish credit terms.
A 1.5% monthly service charge will be assessed on all past due accounts. A $45.00 processing fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
Trade Accounts require a $50.00 minimum order with each order.
Uniform Sales & Use Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate
If your company is exempt from sales tax for any reason allowed by sales tax law, Paneltronics will need to receive a Certificate of Exemption from your company. If you have a certificate, please send a copy to our e-mail at sales@paneltronics.com or via USPS to:

Unfortunately, if we do not have a certificate in our possession, Paneltronics may be required to include sales tax on all shipments to locations in your state.

Purchases via the Paneltronics Website
- $25.00 order minimum (excludes tax and shipping)
- Payment via credit card only.
- Web orders will be assessed sales tax.
- Tax exempt customers must create and use a registered customer account with an exemption certificate previously on file.
Changes
- Published and/or quoted prices may be changed at any time without prior notification.
- Terms & Conditions may be changed at any time without prior notification.
Shipping
- Paneltronics primarily ships via UPS – United Parcel Service or the USPS – United State Postal Service.
- Third-party billing is available for most carriers.
- Please note all lost or damaged third-party shipment claims must be initiated by the third-party account holder.
- Please contact sales@paneltronics.com for international shipping rates.
Packaging & Packing
Any packaging requirements other than Paneltronics’ standard bulk packaging and commercial packing containers shall incur an extra charge which shall appear on Buyer’s invoice.
Paneltronics does not offer a retail packaging option.
Changes by Buyer
Quoted prices and/or prices found on the Paneltronics website are subject to adjustment by Paneltronics in case of changes by Buyer in specifications, quantities, or delivery requirements after our acknowledgement of Buyer's order.
Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable (NCNR)
After Paneltronics’ acknowledgement of Buyer's order for custom panels, custom configured panels, custom assemblies and/or custom parts, Buyer’s order cannot be changed and will be Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable (NCNR).
Shipment
All goods shall be shipped Free on Board (FOB) from Paneltronics’ primary location at 11960 NW 87th Court Hialeah Gardens, FL 33018.
Delivery
Quoted delivery dates are our best estimates. Paneltronics assumes no liability for delay. Buyer’s acceptance of delivery from shipper shall constitute a waiver of any claim against Paneltronics for delay.
Change to Terms and Conditions
Paneltronics reserves the right to alter or change the above detailed Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, the Terms and Conditions pertaining to payment in the event that Paneltronics determines that Buyer is a credit risk.
Collateral Promises
There are no representations, warranties or conditions express or implied, statutory or otherwise except those contained in these Terms and Conditions and no collateral agreement or waivers shall be binding on either Buyer or Paneltronics unless in writing and signed by both Buyer and Paneltronics.

Paneltronics attempts to publish an accurate catalog and website. Despite our best efforts, we are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices may change at any time. Shipping weights are actual weights, and express shipments may weigh more or less due to dimensional weight calculations.
